		If you are in europe you have plenty of choice: slimbook, tuxedo, starlabs, novacustom, keynux, skikk....I think framework ships to europe and make sure their laptops are compatible with linux too: https://frame.work/es/en/linux EDIT: I hadn't seen the "without ordering online" You just check what models/chipsets are supported when you are in the shops
