'tartare' you see in corporate canteen (and a lot of restaurants sadly) are from Metro, and are absolutely safe: after being cut, it's flash-freezed in its can, and the can is only opened seconds before the meat is prepared, minutes before being served. They're not really good, but they're safe. |
