| No, but I think that diplomacy layer did a horrible job in stopping that conflict early. They signed the Minsk agreements just to ignore them later |

| I think what they were referring to Germany phasing out nuclear power. In 2011 Germany had 17 active nuclear power plants. They closed their last one in 2023. |
