I've spent close to 10 years as a data analyst, 7 in the video games industry and 3 in public service. A large part of this has been data engineering work which I've found I tend to enjoy more than the analysis, so I am looking to make the transition into a fulltime data engineering role.

I have experience working in a big data environment (Hadoop+Spark) and in a smaller environment mostly with OracleDB.
