Is monarchy a dictatorship?

If they say god appointed the person, is monarchy. If the person say she is going to stay in power because enemies, then it's a dictatorship.

		Monarchy just means "rule by one". Dictatorship means, "because I said so". A king who gets their power from God and can make rules whether or not the people consent is both a monarch and a dictator.
