I tried googling it and one thread said they use GPT4. Maybe it's the wrapper they built that doesn't work well.

		GPT and ChatGPT are two different things. One is an LLM, the other is a full product. > Maybe it's the wrapper they built that doesn't work well. That's the issue. It's almost difficult to imagine you can build a bad product on top of GPT models, but Microsoft showed us how.
