That's how the visa system works. When you lose your visa, you get deported. The constitution does not protect non-visa-holding people from deportation regardless of the reason the visa was revoked. In this case the visa was revoked because they were supporting a foreign terrorist organization, which is something they promised not to do when applying for a visa. This is not something that needs to be proven in court unless the government is filing criminal charges. Nobody's rights are being stripped. They're simply being forced to leave the country. They do not have a right to be here. |
