Yeah something tells me scheduling coordination and planning aren't William Osman's strongest skills.

The group really needs to hire a long term secretary that understands engineers and content creation.

		I feel like everything about this event is about quality over quantity which is incredibly rare these days & likely what most participants & attendees value about the event. Adding a lot of professionalism to it is going to dilute that aspect. (& no quality!=production value)
