Nsfw includes subreddits that discuss beer.

You know, what's funny about NSFW is that a lot of things tagged NSFW are actually regularly discussed at work!

		While true, using that logic I can say porn is also discussed at work if you work in the porn industry :) On a more serious note, implementing such a law without also providing a 0-knowledge authentication system ready to use by the government is just so unbelievably stupid (for multiple unrelated reasons).
