Weird hill to die on - 400 is probably the top end for a super heavy day at a higher bodyweight - maybe deadlift primary and squat secondary day? Walking for 10,000 steps will every day will certainly burn more calories. Regardless, people who lift aren’t eating more just because they burn a couple of hundred calories 2-5 times a week. |
