Fascinating. I wonder if this is all run time or a mix of running+walking? I started running recently three days a week and this is my schedule-walk 5 mins , run 22 minutes, walk 5 minutes, another 22 min run, and then a final 5 min walk. I cover about ~4 miles or so depending on my pace. I increase my running duration every other week by a few minutes. |
