Take a much more gradual increase in intensity. Start walking for 5 minutes, then speed walking for 5 minutes, then light jogging, etc. Alternatively, try cadio exercise on a machine. Personally I like the elliptical machine way more than running. Mostly since I can watch Netflix and other videos while I do it. But it also lets you regulate and monitor intensity more effectively than running. |
