Did that research program have a public code name?

Looking through some old DARPA budget docs[1], it seems like there's a chance that what's being discussed here falls under DARPA's "PE 0602702E TACTICAL TECHNOLOGY" initiative, project TT-06.

Some other possibilities might include:
