What values does a successful employee need to have? Why would someone who fits the ideal candidate checklist want to work with you? | ||

It’s a good question but I don’t think so, short of requiring a cover letter with the application but I bet I would face a similar challenge there. The candidates and CVs do look like what I’m looking for, until I interview them … |
