Measles is diabolically contagious and there's a good chance he will be personally responsible for a death. I think a doctor who knows better and who recklessly endangers lives in the way he's done should be looking at a minimum of a year of his life where he gets to see sunlight for no more than 30 minutes a day. | ||

I can certainly understand that perspective, and I think losing their ability to practice medicine and being sued into penury is adequate, our jails are full enough. On that note however they aren't full of enough DUI convictions, first time or otherwise, since we all know that the first time you get caught is statistically unlikely to be the first time you actually did it. Personally I'd make the penalties for DUI much MUCH harsher, given how many people are killed each year as a result. Driving is a privilege, not a right, much like practicing medicine. |
