The entire point of the manufactured chaos is to create opportunities for corruption and graft - patronage networks. Regular productive people who just want to go about their lives can't count on the rules, because "the rules" change day to day. The only people who can count on remaining on the right side of "the law" are those playing the game and paying tribute to Trump. This is rule by law rather than the rule of law that made our society prosperous.

The Republicans who continue to enable this tyrant need to wake the fuck up. The open corruption combined with the deliberate attacks on our economy, our institutions, and essentially our entire American way of life are the fast track to us becoming a country in ruins.
