Are you sure there hasnt been a dispute against you. The sales you helped get some company might have been disputed. The email seems to indicate the payments have been refunded to your clients. If indeed the client are eager to compensate you and aren't in dispute you can easily ask them to pay another way. | ||

We used Stripe Standard Connect with direct charges so each seller has their own Stripe account to cover their own disputes and so far not even a penny got deducted from our marketplace as it should not. Stripe did not refund anyone that's the problem, they are just holding my funds for last 120 days for no reason | ||

If situation was not sooo out of norm, I would not even post about it. I even myself shocked Stripe would do this to anyone |
