Not taking the time to let candidates know that you chose not to move forward with them demonstrates a lack of care and compassion, and I now associate that that attitude with Fathom as a business. | | |

If it's not a match, despite meeting your written qualifications, then how about you at least update your requirements so I don't waste my time? Also, the application process requires me to download their Fathom software anyways. The least they can do is respond with a rejection. | |

It's super-important to treat all the people you don't hire with empathy and respect; they'll tell everyone about a poor experience. |
