No jobs will be eliminated. Unless they're aiming to lay people off anyways -- if anything, companies will be slower to hire.

They're already being eliminated... I'm using freelance designers much much less these days because I just don't need them anymore with AI tools.

I've seen others use AI so they don't have to hire engineers to build things (basic things like simple websites, but still).
