I literarily wrote this e-mail yesterday, when an enterprise customer asked to discuss, I hate calls: "... I usually prefer discussing async, via email, so I can provide more comprehensive answers and solutions, especially that we are talking about specific technical requirements. Via email, we also have everything written down, if we ever need to recall/search for some specific detail. Does this work for you, or do you have other suggestion?" |
