Not even all that much more verbosely. It's two paragraphs, the first of which is spent saying why he shouldn't be talking about it. The second paragraph is four sentences long.

I think that it is true that libertarians are mostly men, and I do think there's a reason for it. I think it's the same reason that libertarians are mostly white, mostly straight, mostly healthy, mostly cisgender, and mostly middle-class: they have all the protections they need and don't see why anybody else should need different ones.

But it's sure as heck not because women are smarter. And libertarians are certainly not those bottom-10%. He's right: he does need to stay out of sociology, though it doesn't sound like his philosophical work is any better.
