An opinion article in the NY times by Herbert Hovencamp. Wikipedia states that 'Hovenkamp is sometimes cited as "the most influential antitrust scholar of our generation"' Could this be a backhanded compliment, since this generation's focus on the consumer in its interpretation of antitrust law has brought us monopolists like Google, Amazon and Microsoft? Not sure one should take his word for guidance. |
