Nor did they say that it was anything but luck in the documentary, as they had an intern that knew Korean and was able to find the one document that saved them after looking at less than 1% of them. Valve was on the brink of bankruptcy (Gabe was about to/did put his house on the market), if they needed to hire translator to look over the documents they might not have had the same luck and Vivaldis plan might have worked.
