Depending on your typographic conventions, it's customary to include final punctuation inside of parens and quotations.

		> Having the comma outside the quotes is considered ok-ish, especially in the programming world, but it should usually be inside. I wouldn't go so far with the 'should'. The recommendation only really applies when you are typesetting a book (specifically a novel) or something like that. Text on the web is still so ugly, that isolated demands for aesthetics seem a bit misguided.
