Technologies: Beside the point.` Many years ago this industry adopted management philosophies like Agile/Scrum in an effort to reduce a craft to factory work - and in the process reduced developer efficiency by many times. Now we have AI and every developer is instead a manager of very fast robot monkeys hammering out garbage. Why would I want to be hired in this environment? I'd rather starve.
