My company, Kenneth Price Nigeria, purchased a hosting package from Spaceship a few months ago. We experienced several issues with their platform and raised complaints repeatedly. When we took the matter to Twitter to get management's attention, they shockingly suspended our account, citing 'fraud' without prior notice.

To make matters worse, they sent four emails simultaneously—an apparent attempt to cover up their failure to notify us earlier. What kind of company operates like this?

We demand an immediate restoration of our account and a formal apology from Spaceship for this unacceptable behavior.

We have located the most recent interaction and our team is already working on this case. Once there are updates on the progress, we will inform you accordingly via the open ticket."

On twitter https://x.com/KennethPriceNG/status/1862147252686303495 the complaint is "Check the real complaints [on TrustPilot] and ignore those fake reviews." On Trustpilot there's 1,658 reviews with 77% 5-stars.
